More than just a place to live

Located within easy reach of South Beach, Gulfstream Race Course, Hard Rock Cafe and Casino, and Hard Rock Stadium, you will be safe within this gated community that has 24-hour security and a roving patrol.  Hollybrook offers unsurpassed amenities including: free membership to the golf club, an 18 hole PGA championship course, an 18 hole executive course, 14 tennis courts, 7 swimming pools, and a full service restaurant. Recently, we installed an electric vehicle charging station, complete with two units. We are also pet friendly! Condo units have one or two bedrooms.

Our championship U.S.G.A.-approved course is second to none in all of South Florida, with manicured, elevated greens, watered fairways and enough sand traps and water hazards to challenge any player.

Our Executive Par 3 Golf Course meanders throughout Hollybrook with opportunities to sharpen your short-game while enjoying golf and a leisurely walk.
Our men’s association, (HMGA) has nearly 250 members, and our ladies’ association (HWGA) boasts about 180 members.  The groups allow members to choose competitive or non-competitive play.  After-golf social time is a key feature of HMGA and HWGA, and lets members continue pleasant golf connections beyond the course. 

The Chelsea reservation system provides the ability to request a tee-time for a specified date, and allocates times based on the number of times played by owners in the unit.  It also allows the golfer to log his/her score, and keeps track of the handicap/index rating.

Tennis

12 COURTS

As with golf, tennis and pickleball are free to members of the Hollybrook community. We have 12 beautiful tennis courts, 8 of which are carpet soft courts, and 4 are hard courts.  Two of the soft courts are lighted for evening play.  

Courts 9 and 10, located near our fantastic restaurant, are reserved and lined for Pickleball.  

A ball machine is available to the tennis community for practice.  

If you need, someone will match you with players of a comparable skill level, which will allow you to enjoy your game.  Hollybrook has an active Tennis Club that schedules tournaments and social events throughout the year for its members and guests.

Security

FEEL AT HOME WITH FRIENDS

If at 2:00 A.M. you still can't sleep, you can go for a walk in our beautiful, park-like complex. Hollybrook is a gated community with Security Personnel on duty 24 hours a day. Our highly professional security staff patrols our complex continually and are trained to assist in CPR emergencies. It's nice to know you are safe and cared for.

Gym

BE ACTIVE

Our gym features a weight room, Cybex equipment, treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes and a stair master.  Use our updated equipment to stay fit, build up strength, or learn something new.
