Sports; The area is home to the Marlins, Dolphins, Panthers and the Heat. If you are interested in the tracks, the Calder Race Track, Gulfstream Race Track, Pompano Harness Track, and the Flagler Dog Track are near by. For fast action, there is the Dania Jai-Alia loacated in Dania. In addition there is casino gambling at the Hard Rock Café, on cruise ships leaving Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, as well as at the dog and race tracks. There is also N.A.S.C.A.R. auto racing in Homestead.

Fishing; The South Atlantic waters are teaming with fish waiting for you to catch. Blue Marlin, Dolphin, Grouper, Sailfish, Tarpon and Yellowtail are some of the many fish waiting to be caught off shore. The Dania Fish Pier is close for those who just want to cast from shore or drop a line.

Shopping; It seems that in Pembroke Pines every chain store has a branch. Department stores such as Macy’s, J.C. Penney, Sears, Dillard's, Target, etc. are within our city. The Aventura Mall, Broward Mall, and Sawgrass Mills Mall are also close by.

Restaurants; Our area is home to ethnic restaurants from around the world. The competition requires that only the quality survive. With the advent of gambling to the race tracks, more quality restaurants will be created.

Golf; One of South Florida’s finest golf courses is just a short WALK from your front door. Here, you just have to call the automatic tee time machine and go out to play.

Travel; You are located between two international airports (Miami and Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International), ready to transport you any where in the States or the world. Cruise ships can carry you on a vacation for various lengths of time.
